CMBS: Back In Business?

The commercial mortgage bond securitization window that has been closed for nearly two years appears to have reopened for business and investors have lined up to take advantage of a new round of CMBA offerings.  Several investment banks have announced that they are re-engaging their conduit lending programs and will begin to originate and warehouse loans for multi-borrower securizations.  The YMBA has assembled a panel to address this timely topic.
